This price will include: detailed health history, limited physical, dietary literature and counseling, month supply of Phentermine (if no contraindications), HCG injections and B12 shot. An EKG will need to be obtained for clients over the age of 40 who will be placed on Phentermine. This will be an additional charge and obtained off site.
